Assisting seniors with selling and buying homes for over 25 years, Regina R. Hill provides a comprehensive array of services for seniors and their families.
Hill offers a one stop shop for seniors who want to downsize. Her senior resource team of professionals provide assistance with every aspect of downsizing. In addition, a variety of concierge services are available.
Senior real estate clients_ who work with Hill receive a complete downsizing guide with checklists, letters and other detailed information. Tours and information on senior communities and other living options are also provided by Hill.
She is the founder of the Senior Living Truth Empowerment Series, SLTES, a monthly seminar event focusing on senior living options, programs and services. The panel discussions feature information on various topics assisting seniors with navigating the various choices they have at their disposal.
Hill offers a number of other activities for seniors in addition to the seminar program.

Educating seniors with navigating through the various living options, programs and services at their disposal is the foundation for the Senior Living Truth Empowerment Series, SLTES.
The seminars include candid conversations with local experts focused on the unique and complex housing-related issues facing Central Ohio’s mature homeowners and families. The seminars are
held on a monthly basis.
“The Truth on Senior Living Communities, Elder Law, Downsizing, Aging in Place, Living to be 100” are some of the topics of covered in SLTES seminars.
